  • 1 c. sifted Swans Down cake flour
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Line an 18 x 10-inch pan with wax paper.

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.

    Bake 10 minutes at 325° to 350°.

    Put out on a towel and spread jelly all over and roll up in a big roll.

    Don't cut until cool.
