- 3 lb. venison
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2/3 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In a container, mix all seasonings.

2Dissolve in water.

3Have venison cut in 3/8-inch strips.

4Place the strips of meat in the marinade; be sure meat is completely covered.

5Let set overnight, turning if necessary.

6Lay marinated strips on oven rack.

7Cook for 6 to 8 hours at 150°.

8They get crispier the longer they bake. Store finished jerky in Ziploc bags or other airtight containers to seal in freshness.

9Jerky will keep up to 2 years.
