- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 to 2 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Cut meat into 1/2-inch strips.

2Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat.

3Marinate overnight.

4Remove from dish and dry with paper towels.

5Put on rack and dry in slow 200° oven, about 2 1/2 hours or until very dry.
