  • 1/4 to 3/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • chunk of meat, sliced thin
  • 1/4 to 3/8 c. soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. Season-All salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Tabasco to taste

Directions

    Marinate meat overnight.

    Lay strips across oven rack.

    Leave door open about 1 1/2 hours.

    Dry at 140° to 150° for 8 to 10 hours.
  5. 5
    When you complete this process you will have Jerky!
