- 1 to 2 lb. flank steak or venison
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire
- pepper
- salt
- onion salt
- garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Cover meat with sauce made of remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.

2Stir occasionally.

3Drain and place strips on a rack over a shallow pan or broiler.

4Bake at 150° for 8 to 10 hours until dried.

5Cool and eat or store in a tightly covered container.

6If the jerky is to be eaten right away, 8 hours of drying time should be sufficient and will make chewing easier for young children.
