- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 (14 oz.) box graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 16 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Cream sugar and margarine until fluffy.

2Add eggs one at a time and beat well.

3Stir in coconut.

4Mix crumbs and baking powder separately.

5Add alternately with milk to egg mixture.

6Finally, stir in pineapple and nuts.

7Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 1 hour.
