- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. walnuts, (about) chopped
Directions

1Beat the sugar into the beaten dry egg whites.

2Add the vanilla and vinegar. Butter a square cake pan (8 x 8-inch).

3Line with wax paper.

4Put mixture into wax paper lined pan.

5Bake 35 minutes in a 350° oven. When cool, cut in half.
