Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • chocolate frosting mix
  • nuts for garnish

Directions

    Cream margarine, cocoa and sugar and add eggs.

    Mix and add flour and nuts.

    Pour into 8 x 15-inch cookie sheet.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350° and cool.

    Mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk.

    When cake is cool, spread on coconut and condensed milk mixture.

    Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes at 350°.

    Cool and frost with chocolate frosting.

    Add nuts.
