  • 2 cups jicama sliced into cubes
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 tomatoes seeded, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons coriander finely chopped
  • 3 chili pepper jalapeno, pickled, chopped
  • 6 olives finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt as desired
  • pepper as desired
  • 5 pita bread rounds
  • 1 avocado sliced

Directions

    Mix every ingredient (except the pita bread) in a bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Spread the marinade over the pita bread and garnish with avocado slices and serve.
