  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1-1/2 cups thin jicama strips (2x1/4 inch)
  • 1 cup cut-up fresh green beans (1 inch), cooked until crisp-tender
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Cilantro Pepper Flavored Ranch Dressing

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except dressing in large bowl until well blended.
