  • 1 1/4 c. (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
