  • 1 box white cake mix (Jiffy)
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix cake mix and yeast together and set aside.

    Mix water and salt together in large bowl.

    Stir in yeast mixture and 3 cups flour.

    Knead about 6 minutes.

    Cover and let rise 1 hour.

    Punch down and make into 24 rolls or 2 loaves bread.

    Let rise and bake at 350° to 375° for 30 minutes or until brown.
