- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1/4 lb. cooked ham, cut in thin strips
- 1/4 c. sliced pimento stuffed olives
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
Directions

1In a large saucepan, combine soup, water, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder and pepper.

3Add frozen peas; stir to blend.

4Let mixture come to a boil.

5Reduce heat.

6Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

7Add ham, olives and eggs, stirring until heated through.
