- 50 grams Sugar
- 500 ml Milk (4.4% milkfat)
- 3 drops Vanilla essence
- 1 Caramel syrup
Directions

1Beat the eggs trying not to incorporate much air.

2Add the sugar, milk, and vanilla essence and mix together.

3Strain twice through a strainer and pour into containers.

4Steam in a hot water steamer on medium heat for 13 minutes.

5Let cool at room temperature.

6When cooled, put into the refrigerator to chill.
