  • 3 medium Egg
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 500 ml Milk (4.4% milkfat)
  • 3 drops Vanilla essence
  • 1 Caramel syrup

Directions

    Beat the eggs trying not to incorporate much air.

    Add the sugar, milk, and vanilla essence and mix together.

    Strain twice through a strainer and pour into containers.

    Steam in a hot water steamer on medium heat for 13 minutes.

    Let cool at room temperature.

    When cooled, put into the refrigerator to chill.

    Top with caramel sauceand enjoy!
