  • 3 tomatoes small
  • 1 onion medium, peeled
  • 1 chile pepper green, chopped
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar jalapeno, vinegar that jalapeno peppers have been sitting in
  • salt
  • 1 pinch fresh oregano minced

Directions

    Boil the tomatoes in water until the skin loosens up and can be removed.

    Set aside 1 tablespoon of minced onion. Liquefy the tomatoes with the remaining onion, pepper, sugar, vinegars, and salt.

    Add oregano and chopped onion on top and serve.
