- 1 pinch fresh oregano minced
Directions

1Boil the tomatoes in water until the skin loosens up and can be removed.

2Set aside 1 tablespoon of minced onion. Liquefy the tomatoes with the remaining onion, pepper, sugar, vinegars, and salt.

3Add oregano and chopped onion on top and serve.
