- 5 lbs imitation crabmeat
- 3 quarts whole milk
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup Chardonnay wine
- 1 cup flour
- 14 cup butter, melted
Directions

1Saute green pepper and onions in Chardonnay.

2Add milk and heavy cream.

3Add crab meat, pepper and Old Bay Seasoning.

4Cook on low until soup begins to bubble, constantly stirring to prevent burning.

5Mix butter and flour together.

6Add a little at a time to thicken soup until it is the consistency you desire.
