- 1 (28 ounce) can water
- 1/2 lb elbow macaroni
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper, 1/2 cup water and salt until it's no longer pink and most of the water has evaporated.

2Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine and cook covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook additional 5 minutes uncovered to thicken.
