Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3 Medium Onions Chopped
  • 1 quart Canned Tomatoes
  • 1 small can Pimentoes
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 can Mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms)
  • 1/2 pound Cream Cheese
  • 1 large package Egg Noodles

Directions

    Boil Egg Noodles, Drain, and set aside.

    In a skillet, add ground pork, ground beef,

    onions, green pepper, pimentoes, mushrooms,

    and canned tomatoes.

    Cook 1/2 hour, then drain off grease.

    Add 1 cup of water and the Cream Cheese.

    Stir until Cream Cheese is mixed in.

    Then combine Egg Noodles and mix together.

    Then pour into Casserole Dish,

    and bake in oven 25 minutes at 350.
