- 2 lb. ground beef
- 5 medium onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms and juice
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 8 oz. cooked broad noodles
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute together ground beef, onions and green pepper.

2Add mushrooms, soup, noodles and cream cheese. Mix well and put into a large casserole.

3Sprinkle cheese on top and bake one hour, uncovered, at 350°.

4Serves 8 to 12.
