  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 5 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms and juice
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 8 oz. cooked broad noodles
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Saute together ground beef, onions and green pepper.

    Add mushrooms, soup, noodles and cream cheese. Mix well and put into a large casserole.

    Sprinkle cheese on top and bake one hour, uncovered, at 350°.

    Serves 8 to 12.
