- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato juice
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1In medium skillet, cook and stir meat, macaroni, onion and green pepper.

2Cook until meat is browned.

3Drain off fat.

4Stir in remaining ingredients.

5Heat to boiling.

6Reduce heat, cover and simmer until macaroni is tender, about 20 minutes.

7Uncover and simmer until sauce is desired consistency.
