- 1 lb. Healthy Choice ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) jar light spaghetti sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) no yolk noodles
- light Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Drain and rinse with hot water.

3Let drain completely.

4Mix with spaghetti sauce.

5Add spices, mushrooms, onion, etc. as desired.

6Simmer.

7Cook noodles as directed on package.

8In oblong casserole dish, layer 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of spaghetti sauce and thinly sliced cheese. Repeat layers.

9Bake at 350° until bubbly and cheese melts a little, approximately 30 minutes.
