Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburg
  • 1 pkg. celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato sauce (pint size)
  • 1 c. water
  • sprinkle of garlic
  • 1 can mushrooms, cut up
  • 1 small bottle olives, cut up
  • 1 lb. pkg. cooked noodles
  • 1/2 lb. yellow cheese, grated

Directions

    Saute hamburg, add celery, onion and green pepper (chopped or ground).

    Simmer to cook.

    Add soup, paste, sauce, water, garlic, olives and mushrooms.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Add cooked noodles and mix well.

    Cover with grated cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour (if frozen 2 hours).

    Makes two large dishes.
