Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. green peppers, chopped
  • 1 lb. or 3 onions, chopped
  • 1 bottle stuffed olives (whole)
  • 1 tin tomato paste
  • 1 tomato soup
  • 1 arture or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 tin mushrooms, drained
  • 2 pkg. wide egg noodles
  • 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

    Fry meat until brown and then add vegetables; fry well.

    Mix sauce and bring to a boil.

    Add mushrooms and stuffed olives to sauce mixture.

    Cook noodles and drain.

    Place noodles in bottom of large roasting pan.

    Add cooked meat, vegetables and sauce; mix all thoroughly.

    Grate cheese over top.

    Put cover on roasting pan and bake slowly 1 hour.
