Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. green peppers, chopped
- 1 lb. or 3 onions, chopped
- 1 bottle stuffed olives (whole)
- 1 tin tomato paste
- 1 tomato soup
- 1 arture or spaghetti sauce
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tin mushrooms, drained
- 2 pkg. wide egg noodles
- 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry meat until brown and then add vegetables; fry well.

2Mix sauce and bring to a boil.

3Add mushrooms and stuffed olives to sauce mixture.

4Cook noodles and drain.

5Place noodles in bottom of large roasting pan.

6Add cooked meat, vegetables and sauce; mix all thoroughly.

7Grate cheese over top.

8Put cover on roasting pan and bake slowly 1 hour.
