- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Soften butter to room temperature.

2Grate cheese coarsely and beat with butter.

3Put garlic through garlic press (or mash or mince finely).

4Add chilies and garlic to cheese mixture.

5Add mayonnaise.

6Beat well to blend.

7Store in glass jar in refrigerator.
