- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Brown and drain ground beef; set aside.

2Melt butter in bottom of casserole dish.

3First put layers of sliced carrots, then large chunk potatoes, then sliced onion.

4Next, spread ground beef over vegetables.

5Then spread mushroom soup over beef.

6Pour tomato soup on top.

7Place foil over dish and cook at 350° for 1 hour. Sprinkle each layer with salt.
