Ingredients

  • 2 cans roast beef and gravy
  • 2 cans potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cans sliced carrots
  • 4 Tbsp. dry onions, soaked in 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cornstarch (to thicken)
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. hot water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together (including water that onions are soaked in) and heat.

    Make a medium-thin paste with cornstarch and water and thicken to your liking.
