  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell (with high fluted edge)
  • 1 (No. 2) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Turn cherry pie filling into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes in preheated 425° oven.

    Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Reduce oven to 350°. Spoon cheese mixture over top of cherry pie filling. Bake 30 minutes. Cool. Spread sour cream over cooled pie.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
