  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz. sugar-free orange Jell-O
  • 1 c. low-fat small curd cottage cheese
  • 8 or 9 oz. carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Place pineapple in bowl.

    Pour Jell-O over pineapple; mix and let sit for a few minutes.

    Add low-fat cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
