- 1 pkg. oven-ready biscuits
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- lemon juice
- 2 or more large apples, peeled and diced
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Combine sugar, water and cinnamon. Boil 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat; add lemon juice.

4Roll or flatten each biscuit to a 4 1/2-inch circle.

5Place small amount diced apples in center of each; fold in half.

6Seal by pressing with fork tines or fingers.

7Brush with melted butter.

8Place in casserole and bake until golden brown.

9Delicious served with ice cream or whipped topping.
