- 1 frozen beef brisket (2 lb. or more)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- water
- garlic salt
- pepper
Directions

1Place frozen brisket (fat side up) in 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Sprinkle dry soup mix, garlic, salt and pepper over top of brisket.

2Add water to cover bottom of pan about 1/2 to 1-inch. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.

3Put in 250° oven.

4Bake at least 6 to 8 hours.

5Serve with mashed potatoes (use broth from brisket or make gravy from broth).

6Tender and juicy.
