  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Brush salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill.

    Squeeze lemon on top
  4. 4
    of salmon and sprinkle with brown sugar. Top salmon with the lemon slices. Bake 20 to 30 minutes.

    This bakes really well in stoneware.
