  • 1/2 red onions Chopped
  • 1 green pepper Chopped
  • 3 stalks green onions Chopped
  • 1 pound sausage Sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons creole seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet

Directions

    Saute onions, green onions, and peppers in a 6qt soup pot on medium heat until the onions are clear.

    Add sausage heat until warm

    Add water and Creole Seasoning: bring to a hard boil. Let it boil stirring occasionally for about 10-15 minutes (the longer it boils the more spicy).

    Add rice and slowly stir in the kitchen Bouquet. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes (do not remove lid).
