- 1/2 red onions Chopped
- 1 green pepper Chopped
- 3 stalks green onions Chopped
- 1 pound sausage Sliced
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons creole seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet
Directions

1Saute onions, green onions, and peppers in a 6qt soup pot on medium heat until the onions are clear.

2Add sausage heat until warm

3Add water and Creole Seasoning: bring to a hard boil. Let it boil stirring occasionally for about 10-15 minutes (the longer it boils the more spicy).

4Add rice and slowly stir in the kitchen Bouquet. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes (do not remove lid).
