- 1 (30 oz.) jar Prego
- 1 pkg. jumbo shells
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 slices white bread, torn in small pieces
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1Take 6 or 8 nice pieces of chicken, like the thighs, legs and split breasts.

2Rinse well in cold water and dry with paper towel. Take in hand and rub well with salad oil.

3Lay on a foil lined casserole.

4Sprinkle generously with lemon juice and coat with cornflake crumbs on both sides.

5Place in a 350° oven and bake for 45 minutes at least or until slightly browned.

6Does not need extra, or any, salt.

7Serve with noodles and small salad.
