  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips, melted
  • 2 12 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 14 cups sugar
  • 34 cup shortening (or 1/2 c shortening & 1/4 c butter)
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • powdered sugar

    Mix the flour & baking powder and set aside.

    Cream the sugar, shortening, and salt.

    Then beat the eggs and coconut flavoring into the sugar mixture.

    Now, add the flour mixture.

    Finally, add the melted chips into dough.

    Mix well.

    Shape into balls with a teaspoon.

    Roll in powdered sugar.
