  • 6 to 8 qt. ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 red peppers (bell)
  • 2 green peppers (bell)
  • 10 to 30 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

    Chop all ingredients in food processor. Put all ingredients in a pot. Simmer for 1 hour on medium-low heat. Pour into Mason jars and place in jam cupboard.
