  • 1 Kamaboko processed fish product
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 dash Weipa
  • 1 dash Hot water
  • 1 dash Sesame oil

Directions

    Score the kamaboko with a 5mm lattice pattern.

    Dissolve the Weipa stock in hot water.

    Heat sesame oil in a pan, and fry the kamaboko.

    Add oyster sauce and Weipa and it's done.
