- 1 lb. butter (no substitutes)
- 20 c. fresh cut sweet corn kernels
- 2 c. half and half cream
Directions

1Place butter in a roasting pan and place in a 325° oven until melted.

2Stir in corn and cream.

3Bake uncovered for 75 minutes or until the corn is tender, stirring occasionally.

4Immediately place roaster in ice water to cool quickly, stirring frequently. Transfer corn to heavy duty plastic freezer bags and freeze.

5May be frozen for up to 1 month.

6To serve, just reheat.

7Yield: 16 cups.
