- 346 g beef liver
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 14 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Pour milk over liver and set aside for at least 15 minutes.

2Meanwhile mix together salt and flour.

3Slice liver into large strips.

4Dredge in flour mixture and discard milk.

5Heat oil over medium heat in a large frying pan.

6Cook liver until browned and the center is just slightly pink.

7Aprx 3 mins per side.
