  • 346 g beef liver
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 14 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Pour milk over liver and set aside for at least 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile mix together salt and flour.
  3. 3
    Slice liver into large strips.
  4. 4
    Dredge in flour mixture and discard milk.

    Heat oil over medium heat in a large frying pan.

    Cook liver until browned and the center is just slightly pink.

    Aprx 3 mins per side.
