- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- sirloin (desired amount, 1 1/2-inch chunks)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Mix well.

3Marinate 1 1/2-inch chunks of beef (sirloin) for 4 to 24 hours.

4Place beef on skewers.

5Baste kabobs while grilling (cooking) with marinade.
