- 7 c. sugar
- 2 oz. pure vanilla
- 1 pt. (180 proof) grain alcohol
Directions

1Combine coffee with 1 1/2 quarts water.

2Boil for 20 minutes. Strain through a lightly woven cloth.

3Cool.

4Add sugar and bring back to a boil and boil 45 to 50 minutes.

5Cool.

6Add vanilla and grain alcohol.

7Serve with cream on ice.
