Ingredients

  • 1 qt. distilled water
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 oz. Folger's instant coffee
  • 1 qt. Everclear or any 190 proof grain alcohol
  • 1 1/2 oz. vanilla

Directions

    Make a simple syrup of water and sugar.

    Cool after adding the instant coffee to room temperature.

    Add vanilla and Everclear. Immediately place in glass container to store.

    Makes 2 pints or 3 fifths.
