Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegenaise (or Mayo)
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegan Worcestershire
  • 1/2 cups Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic (I Prefer Fresh Pressed)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cooking Sherry
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Pepper
  • 1 bunch Swiss Chard, Stems Removed And Cut Into Ribbons
  • 1 bunch Kale, Stems Removed And Cut Into Ribbons
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded (omit If Vegan)

Directions

    In a medium size bowl whisk together all ingredients except the greens (and cheese if using) to make the dressing.

    Toss the greens and dressing together in a large bowl. Add Parmesan cheese if desired and serve!
