  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt To Taste

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Remove stem and ribs from the kale, and cut into 2-inch pieces.

    Wash the kale pieces in cold water, with the vinegar added.

    Rinse well, and dry.

    In a large bowl, toss the kale with the olive oil and salt.

    Spread the kale pieces on the baking sheet and bake until the edges are brown, about 12 minutes.
