- 1 bunch Kale
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt To Taste

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Remove stem and ribs from the kale, and cut into 2-inch pieces.

3Wash the kale pieces in cold water, with the vinegar added.

4Rinse well, and dry.

5In a large bowl, toss the kale with the olive oil and salt.

6Spread the kale pieces on the baking sheet and bake until the edges are brown, about 12 minutes.
