- 8 slices French bread, torn into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1/2 lb. Old English or American cheese
- 1 lb. seafood (any kind)
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 pt. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Layer bread, cheese and seafood in buttered casserole dish. Pour melted butter over layers.

2Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt; pour over layers.

3Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
