- cooked beef or steak, shredded
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 to 1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion, sliced very fine
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced thin and cooked
- pancake mix
- 2 eggs
- milk
Directions

1Mix meat, onion and sauted mushrooms together with sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.

2Make pancake batter.

3Follow directions on the box, but use enough milk to make it thin enough for crepes. The batter should look like thin cream.

4Use about 1/4 cup for each pancake.

5Fry in medium skillet.

6Turn each cooked pancake out onto plate and fill with about 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat mixture.

7Roll up crepe style and serve garnished with lettuce.
