- 1 (12 to 16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 small can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted (1/2 stick)
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. coarsely crushed saltines
- 12 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Drain liquid from whole kernel corn into a cup.

3Beat eggs slightly in a large bowl; stir in corn, 1/4 cup of the liquid, cream-style corn, evaporated milk, melted butter, onion, salt and pepper; fold in saltines and diced cheese. Spoon into a greased 8-cup baking dish.

4Bake for 1 hour or until set.

5Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
