- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 1 head cabbage
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato juice
Directions

1Combine hamburger, eggs, salt, pepper, rice and 1/3 can tomato juice.

2Make into meatballs.

3Put layer of cabbage, meat and sauerkraut.

4Pour rest of juice over it.

5Add water.

6Bake 1 hour or until cabbage is done.
