  • Lipton Secret Recipe Mix (herb and garlic)
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • chicken (enough for 4 servings)
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice or 2 lemons
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Skin chicken.

    Cook it in microwave until done.

    Mix all ingredients together and marinate chicken in mixture for up to 24 hours.

    Heat chicken on grill, basting often with the mixture.
