  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. pecans

    Whip egg white until stiff.

    Add sugar and mix.

    Add other ingredients, mixing well.

    Fold in pecans and put on buttered cookie pan.

    Cook at 250° for 30 minutes.
