- 2 lb. pork
- 1 lb. veal liver
- 5 peppers
- 4-5 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- Savory, paprika, pepper, parsley to taste
Directions

1Cut meat into small pieces and fry in oil and water.

2Add the onions.

3When tender, add sliced mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, wine, savory, salt and parsley with a little water and mix.

4Pour into earthenware dish or bowl.

5Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes.
